FairMate introduces the „all-around“ solution, consisting of 4 parts: ticketing, entrance, administration and marketing. That being said, the help of this solution is easily seeable. You can comprehensively overview ticketing statistics, reports and even the invoicing is automated! There is also a mobile solution available so you could always keep an eye on your events.

New users will have one big, very important question: price. There is absolutely no information about the pricing available, even with one word, so you have no clue. On most cases, if there is a similar tool available but with a crystal clear price plan info, you’ll most likely turn to that one. If FairMate’s team should see a low conversion rate on their website, that might be a reason as many users might just turn another way around.

As you have to request the price info, this is the only part where I see a possibility for improvement. Nevertheless, the features they have and a full-scale system (referring to the 4-part circle), are worth the hassle so don't hesitate and take the leap, even if you have to wait a bit for getting a quote.
