To be honest, I wasn’t quite fond of the idea of automated customer communication within our service range but as our business grew it was rather obvious we needed to implement such system. Therefore, ezyCollect was our go-to solution as their platform enables to set reminders with a particular tone – then the system will communicate with the customer itself. Furthermore, it has automated statement delivery and it integrated seamlessly with our already existing accounting system so it has been not only easy to use but even easier to implement as well.

There’s actually not much to say for downsides when it comes to ezyCollect – we have thoroughy enjoyed using it. However, if there’s anything bothering me, it would be the lack of ACH payment processing and check processing. Other than that, there is really nothing to pinpoint since as far as the functionality goes, it works great

If you are looking for a debt collection solution that will automate the process from start to finish while being accurate and insightful, then I would definitely recommend this solution. As far as I’ve experienced the system, it is reliable, functions well and is extremely accurate – not to even mention the efficiency it brings to your business with its’ automated communication. All-in-all a wonderful tool!
