What was the best part about using EZFacility Club Management?

Their sales, technical support and training teams are outstanding. Any time I need to call there is someone always available to help (unlike our previous software provider). It is nice to deal with a company that provides such personalized service, seems like it is much harder to find these days.

What would you change about your experience with EZFacility Club Management?

I really don’t think this is a big negative, but it takes a little while to get rolling with all of the features they provide. Once you're fully running it is fantastic and their trainers do a great job getting you up to speed. Other than that I really do not have anything negative to say about the program.

Overall Feedback

We began using EZFacility Club Management software about 2 years ago. We have seen our memberships grow exponentially since we opened our doors and I attribute a large percentage of that to EZFacility. It is an incredible system that keeps us in control and on top of our business. Customer service is outstanding.
