EzeMember can be seen as one of the most flexible solutions as it can fit the needs of both a small studio and a big centre – no issues with neither of those. However, what stands out the most is the easy communication with the studio members that EzeMember allows, all thanks to easily usable member web portal. Tailored to the finest, there is no tool that could compete with the same efficiency when it comes to managing memberships.

As a downside, I could only bring out the customer service as working after hours (or in another timezone) you could potentially have trouble getting answers to your enquiries thanks to the service team being available only during business hours – those at times being rather different from yours.

As already mentioned, there is no other tool that can match up to the quality this service provides – if you need to manage many memberships, all of the data could get messy and confusing, therefore it is not arguable if you’d need to use such software. If you decide to do so, then EZeMember is the one to go to.
