EZ Inspections

Sometimes fields autopopulate from previous inspections but not for every client. I found no aspect of this software to be helpful or productive in any way. My client really enjoyed the free trial and low price.

Downtime was almost daily in 2016. Customer service was atrocious. CSR's do not answer, or rarely answer phone or return urgent requests, they only respond to emails, many time hours later. Android app locks up a lot and app is outside of app store so there are no user reviews available.

Working with ezinspections was the worst experience I have had in the mortgage inspection industry. They spend a lot of money to hide user reviews and a typical Google search will show only testimonials that they provide. If your a field inspector be prepared to spend a lot of time parked on the side of the road unable to work because the Web site is down or the app is locked up again. They also do not vet the validation process and leave it up to the field inspectors to figure out what fields need to be filled and what labels need to be placed. This lack of quality will no doubt lead to unpaid follow up inspections and frustrations from the inspector and the financial institution.
