Eyefinity isn’t praised for no reason – the greatest aspect to love about it is the from start to finish solution with appointment scheduling, billing, ERA, inventory, lens product loader and much more. It also integrates with other Eyefinity tools so you have pretty much every need covered, especially when it comes to maintaining important data.

Eyefinity doesn’t seem to be the friendliest nor the most supportive tool as of course they have a support – a phone support on business hours – but it is not really recommended to use, only if you have an emergency. Moreover, you are locked to the mandatory maintenance agreement which means you need to pay an extra fee every single year.

If they would implement a better customer support system with more flexibility and availability, together with a little more reasonable pricing it could easily be really the best solution out there. Of course if budget is not an issue for you and you are skilled user without the need of reaching support, then this is not a worry for you!
