This was a ROI focused digital marketing agency which has been around for over ten years which claims to use it's own proprietary tools and cultivated resources which no other agency uses. I appreciate their focus on returns as well as producing high quality leads within a target cost. They have an online reporting system which you can access as a client 24/7 and that's not something most companies do in my research but it should be the case in my opinion. Not being able to check your progress at anytime and in real time if possible is not as transparent as a company can be, but it's not the case here. They have an inhouse team which I appreciate. They don't ask for a contract at all which is also good. They are accredited in the Better Business Bureau with only a single complaint in the previous three years which is nothing to be worried about at all as these things happen. It's not one hundred and thirty hard core complaints like another company I discovered in my research. Their SEO Woorank is right at the average I found to be about seventy five which is acceptable. It's not thirty nine which I saw from a company selling SEO and it's not eighty eight either but it's still very good. This just shows that they are practicing what they are offering for their own business which is important in my opinion to be leaders by example.

When you sign up for a quote a count down timer initiates with a rocket awaiting launch within five minutes which is the time they allot themselves to call you to follow up. And the timer has just expired without a call from the company. Which I can completely understand as it is currently six thirty in the evening, yet it does seem odd to not deliver on something before making first contact. If they could shut that technology off at the end of business hours perhaps that would do the trick, unless this is an exception somehow which could full well be the situation. Unless I made a mistake and deleted a voice mail from this company without listening to it I don't believe they responded to my request for a proposal. I haven't deleted emails since beginning this research and there were no results when I searched for their company name in my account. Perhaps they knew somehow we weren't a good fit somehow though would have appreciated a heads up.

Despite this I do believe this company is going to fulfill what they are offering. They have an awesome website with a ton of educational value for prospects to learn. It is clear they are on the leading edge in terms of their current knowledge and understanding as they mention a number of technical elements to do with digital marketing on their site which I appreciated. I would recommend this company even though we did not hear back from them. This could of been my mistake somehow perhaps, though I did submit a request for a quote and did not find anything in my inbox during the couple weeks afterward. Yet many other sites do not have nearly this complete of a presales strategy and credibility available up front. If you were to have the opportunity to research over one hundred companies for your project such as I did you would see that they are worth the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps we simply were not a good fit for them at the moment though we've narrowed down our choices already and because I did not receive a proposal this company simply will not be among them.
