The Explorer Shafers has clearly become a top notch wireless mobile field service software and it enables dispatchers successfully manage field technicians while making business more efficient and profitable.

I experienced some glitches at the initial stage which should be well understood to enable users make quick and accurate data entry possible. For first time users who haven’t found their way around the tool, usability could be quite tricky due to disparity in some of its drop down options. All in all, it was pleased with the functions like dispatch, invoicing, imports into payroll etc and I only noticed that the downside is its steep learning curve.

The Explorer Shafers is deployed through installation on the windows operating system and training support is offered through documentation, live online or in person session. I want to commend the software for its mobile office and I got to utilize most of its modules and options which makes for easy flow and tracking. It comes with powerful capabilities and very beneficial tool.
