What was the best part about using ExpertFlyer.com?

There was nothing about Expert Flyer that was good as they charge you the money and you can have months of nothing but spam sent to your email.

What would you change about your experience with ExpertFlyer.com?

They would need to hire new employees that knew how to speak to customers and not hide behind emails to be rude.

Overall Feedback

Expert Flyer email customer service is horrible and rude by email. I would rather not give them my money as well as they have proven to hire uneducated and rude employees to answer their emails and they are ok with it.
