The product is great when it works and most of the time it works. Employees like and bought into it quickly. Credit card feed works well both for individual users as well as our corporate solution. Integrates nicely with our ERP.

Support is horrendous and maddening. No phone support. No live chat. Only option is messaging through the application. Any message is not answered until the next business day at the earliest. Often 48 hours. If they give a partial answer or a useless answer, start the clock again as it will take another day or two for follow up. Complex issues DO NOT get resolved. It is a dumb model for support.

As mentioned, it was a great product until it wasn't (i.e. we needed substantive support). We now find ourselves in a position where we may need to make a switch. The convenience and efficiency of a great core product has been replaced with ongoing aggravation and "work arounds" for issues we can't get fixed. Amazes me that a company embraces this "hands off" approach.
