Expensify

I really like the reporting functionality of Expensify. It's very easy to submit expenses and attach receipts. My only other experience using a software like this was with NetSuite, and that wasn't very user friendly. This software looks pretty and works. Lastly, the support functionality is top notch and is right there whenever I need it!

I hate how I have to sign into Gravatar if I want to change my avatar. I don't have a Gravatar account, I simply want to upload a photo of myself from the computer. Also, a welcome guide/tutorial on submitting expenses when you first sign up would be very beneficial.Video preferences, text or pdf files would be helpful a lot for new users too.

You may look first at the alternatives and see if it suits you. You could use an internal reimbursement feature within your existing ERP, like NetSuite's. But it will nowhere be as user friendly as Expensify. This is solving our company expense reimbursement procedure. The mobile app is also very useful, I would compare Expensify to Slack in terms of how easy it is to use.
