What was the best part about using ExpenseWatch?
Incredible tool for online expense management. It helps to automate expense
reporting for your entire organization. With ExpenseWatch, everything is automated, from expense report creation and approval through to reimbursement, reducing or eliminating the need for paper. At every step, your employees are empowered to efficiently and effectively perform their role in the expense reporting process. I would recommend to use it.
What would you change about your experience with ExpenseWatch?
There are two negative moments for me. I don't like slow work of this tool with mobile devices, smartphones and tablets. The price is rather high for expense reports. That only included unlimited transactions and flexible subscription. Predictable costs based only on amount of users (each deployment requires 1 administrative and 1 payable invoices subscription).

I would recommend to use this tool because they implemented comprehensive Customer Satisfaction plan. It designed to have you implemented as quickly as possible and ensuring your organization gets the most use out of our system.
