ExpenseWatch

ExpenseWatch is quick and easy to use for submissions and review of pending approval requests. I enjoy how it allows the company to upload documents so that users can have a "user guide" for the company's specific usage right there in front of them whenever necessary. The ability to look into the archives allows all parties to see what has been approved/denied in the past and review possible trends that can be helpful to budgeting in the future. The ExpenseWatch team was very engaged during the integration process. We recently implemented the solution internationally as well with multi-currency selection, etc. We also worked with the Expensewatch team on implementing single sign on in the last year or so and have overall, approximately 1000 users.

In my business I handles 50 major agreements and projects, so I need to have multiple business units set up in ExpenseWatch and each business unit has different approvers. In addition, within a business unit, there may be different approvers for different functions liken PayRoll, IT, etc. Because of my company's particular needs, the setup is sometimes cumbersome.

ExpenseWatch has really improved our employee expense reporting. We used to have a paper system that required hard signature approvals and if one item was incorrect the entire report had to be sent back. ExpenseWatch allows for electronic approvals as well as rejecting only certain items. This allows employees to get reimbursed for the items that were submitted correctly. This has streamlined our process and allows for employees to be reimbursed in a timelier fashion. The setup and integration was seamless. In addition, ExpenseWatch is constantly making improvements to the approval process and with such things as their mobile app. I would recommend this solution to other organizations looking for an expense reporting tool.
