There are other useful integrations available for Expense Watch too. I also like that the pricing includes all premium features across plans and varies according to your business purpose and specific needs.

Improved collaboration features are possible in Expense Watch such as the ability to view real time changes or edit documents after they are sent. By one report, you can view the number of the report though only in the owners login which is not setup to be as efficient as it could be. More advanced notifications would be nice as well, for example when you're item is rejected for any reason. There is another consideration which is that roaming charges for reps traveling would be a factor as they can be costly. The ability to upload an expense in real time to a native app and then be able to trigger the actual upload to your online account would be a solution that could ensure efficiency of expense reporting still happened in real time, while roaming charges could be avoided. One person suggested another collaboration feature that would be useful to help minimize risk involved when sharing sensitive data between parties. The idea would involve better role assignment and permission functionality to help improve efficiency when creating reports on behalf of others.

The pricing is perhaps a bit higher than some of their competition but the overall ROI possible is very viable and easy to justify.
