Eventbrite

The best part of Eventbrite is having to talk to many people when you have a problem and everyone passes the ball and blames others. Nothing gets resolved.

It might be I had bad service and others might have a different experience but I will have to recommend not to use Eventbrite. There's too many parties involved and when a problem arises, no one wants to help.

I will never use this company for ticket purchasing. I will stick to ticket master who customer service can help its customers and not send the responsibility to others, saying its up to its third party to help me. I had to wait for 4 hours with my children who were excited to see the artist just to go home because we could not keep standing for many hours strait. When I hear anyone say they Eventbrite I will highly recommend not to use them.
