I think the user experience is very easy with this software - it was simple to set up an event, make edits when needed, and get the necessary information about my ticket holders.

They need a more responsive customer service - a phone number would be preferable to always being directed back to the website and email.

The customer service and payout has been a nightmare that is still not over. Our payout is set up as a check sent through the postal service. Supposedly they have sent 2 checks, neither of which have arrived. I have emailed their customer service repeatedly asking to set up another method for the payout with no response. I have written them at least 5 times over the last 2.5 weeks with no response. There is also no phone number to call customer service to get a direct answer. All customer service inquiries are directed to the website/email, which is clearly ineffective. We are a small nonprofit and we need our payout to cover the cost of our event but at this point, I don't know how we'll get the money. We are afraid that we will need to seek legal assistance to receive our payout, which is ridiculous because it is such a small amount of money compared to other Eventbrite events. We are extremely disappointed and now our members are wary of using an online ticketing event software like this in the future.
