It is a great tool that offers a free trial version while deployed as a web based solution as well as on mobile platform. The customer service is ok as they try to pay attention to issues users experience from usability of the software.

Does not have a responsive customer support service as I had a bad experience with them and for this reason I had to engage other intuitive event management tool to get easy solution on what I need. It is also sad that Eventbrite isn’t flexible on multiple payment platform integration as Paypal was the only payment solution it could offer and this is very limiting in terms of payment options. I could say it offers a complex payment that has to go through Paypal to get you into the debit or credit card options. I’ll rather not pay a solution platform tax they cannot justify.

I guarantee that Eventbrite is one of the leading event management platforms today, and comes with innovative technology and is budget friendly all at the same time. The Eventbrite is also a robust platform that offers users check list features from attendant management to conventions, social promotion, badge management, ticketing and trade shows. It is a very common service and easy to use tool.
