e-SignLive has a very simple look which makes it ultimately easy to use. In one glance, you know exactly where to get what which actually is a plus especially that some of our users aren't really that tech-savvy. In addition, I must say this is such an incredible innovation making anyone's approval process faster and less costly.

This software can definitely make your approval process ultra fast EXCEPT when you have to change or adjust certain templates wherein you would need to reach out to their support before the revision gets approved from their end. The templates aren't as important as the 'movement' of the documents itself but there are actually instance when it does matter so I hope e-SignLive can do something about it.

I am giving e-SignLive a perfect score because it has by far delivered what I have expected from the product. It has few other areas to be improved, which is just normal. But, so far, it has helped me, my colleagues and our organization achieve efficiency and accuracy. Good job!
