e-SignLive is a most experienced e-signature service trusted by banks, goverment agencies, insurers and other businesses. I did send myself a demo paper to sign on my e-mail and I must say, it was really easy and fast. Before that, I had to print the paper, sign it, scan into computer and send it back. They offer 30 days free trial and you can register really quick. Signature process on the documents is fast, you can add as many signers as you want and add barcode, as well. Extra safety is provided by storing files into private cloud, where you can share documents and control who`s got access to it. Moreover, this software logs out on its own if your profile is left alone with no response for some time and its a good thing, because no one can browse your profile, in the case you forgot to log out. It was fun to make my e-signature look like my handwriten signature, I did fail about 50 times before I got it right. Also, a big plus is that you can put your e-signature on any device- phone, compuret, tablet, it supports every platform. There is a feature called Forms, which basically allows you to create your own document. I think it comes really handy for salesmen or notary, who has to make contracts, you can choose to use check boxes, drop downs and mark them as required or optional. It is possible to make basic document, then save it and use it over and over again, changing some things if neccessary.

After a good start, I could not get further than signing first paper. It said to press the “I agree” button below, but there was no button there. I thought it was my internet browsers fault, so I tried different browser, but still did not see any button. I wanted to ask customer support, but the window, where should I be able to contact them, showed “Live chat currently unavaliable”. And now I can not get further, because I need to sign this document to sign others. So I thought maybe I can add my documents and sign them, so I added one document, but pink message popped up, saying something about error, although, page refreshed and document uploaded. Tried to look for some tutorial, but couldnt find one. But you can find one on their homepage, by the way. I do not know why it happened, but when I tried to log into my account one more time, I pressed “login” button, but nothing happened, then I pressed it a couple times more and, like, 10 red messages popped up and then my account got temporary disabled due too many repeated log in times.

If you sign one or two papers a month, I think there is no point paying for this software, but if you have to sign ten papers a hour, this really can ease your job and save you a lot of time. And of course, this application comes real handy when you have to send a bunch of documents to be signed, just click send, person writes his signature and it comes right back to you. Maybe some tutorial would be nice to figure things out faster and I don`t know, was it only for me, but webpage was glitchy and it did reload far too many times. But basically, the idea of e-signature and their software is good, but I could not enjoy it, because of all that glitch and at the end my account got disabled, but in bigger picture, I do recommend it if you have a need for this kind of software.
