The user interface is quite user friendly and allows you to view your current status, choose from a task list, login online, launch their training or enable browser protection. I learned this security software did quite well in comparative lab testing versus others and that it is certified in all of the latest tests by Virus Bulletin. The firewall runs in automatic mode with some program control including learning mode which allows you to create rules to allow access to certain sites or programs ongoing. It integrates with Outlook and Windows Live Mail to help identify spam and infected email messages. There are a lot of advanced spam options. The anti-theft feature track's location and allows you to remotely lock or wipe a missing hard drive of data. If your device is stolen and this feature is enabled, once it's rebooted it will grant the their access to a dummy Windows account from which it will send it's location, screen captures, webcam photos and the option to clean the data in the worst case scenario.

Some independent test I discovered had this software only about a third of real time protection against malware where others would recognize and eliminate over eighty percent. And I learned the parental controls are not as solid as other choices. I prefer firewalls which work internally and don't ask you to allow or block access to internet browsers and add-ons or even internal Windows features every time in the interactive mode.

Though the parental control, firewall and anti-theft features are somewhat limited or problematic. I have downloaded their trial though my experience has been limited, to be honest, so in the interest of transparency I was relying on external, highly detailed reviews and tests to learn about this software. And while it's solid in a lot of ways based on the annoying firewall feature alone is the main reason that I am sticking to my alternate choice of security suite for now.
