We are an eCommerce company delivering cutting-edge health supplements, proteins, Drinks, Snacks and in-store assistance from nutrition experts for health weight support. On expanding our business to the PAN USA level, we needed consulting expertise to help strengthen our enterprise in sales and commerce management and smoothen customer experience in our vertical. It was challenging to arrange and analyze the database to funnel customer behavior and reach the target audience for sales objectives. We were in search for a solution and in this Journey, Erudite Works was our Salesforce consultation partner, who helped us a lot achieve our expected goals. In the first sprint, we discussed with them the improvisations & mutually shared feedback to finalize the customization features required for our business. In the meantime, while going through the requirements, experts from Erudite Works introduced us to the potential of Salesforce Commerce Cloud as a perfect solution to meet all our requirements, & we agreed to move with this platform. From there, the team started developing the custom features per our requirements, leveraging the Salesforce technology stack, including the Einstein AI & Sales Cloud. As the US market was adopting the Endless Aisle concept, we, too, favored it. For this, we were planning to link our system with this dynamic concept & sought their consultation. They responded to this concept & helped us track & monitor our existing sales components. With Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Einstein implementation, we have seen a healthy sales growth, with easy inventory management & our customer retention rate was reasonable.
