eRecruit has a very good functionality. Specifically, I like how easy this app makes following an applicant’s progress during the entire hiring process. When you pull up the information about a certain candidate, you can easily see where they are in the process and if they were a match to what I’m looking for. Our company is using this software. Its a big help in our department (HR) in which we are the in-charge in hiring and processing new employees. With this software we can make our task quickly and perfectly choose the right candidate to the particular position. And provide us the exact information about the applicant. A very easy to use. It is perfect for human resource department.

I don’t know but, I felt like eRecruit was quite cumbersome to navigate. Maybe it was my error but it takes many clicks/process in order to do some small things. I also love the Customer Support (they respond quickly) but, sometimes they just can’t figure out a solution to some of my problems.

All in all, I think this product can go a long way. It was also very good in taking some information and makes it into reports to inform the management. For now, they still have more features that need to improve. Maybe after they have upgraded, I will recommend this one.
