Erecruit has some very strong search capabilities and functions and the option to integrate with a variety of other platforms and services is incredible as well. One can customize it pretty seamlessly and it makes it sweet to consider the possibilities. You can track a candidates progress throughout the process of begin to end hiring and that perhaps is the best features is knowing every step, every move that gets from point A to B.

Using and navigating the dash of erecruit can be time consuming and confusing. This overwhelming task is not fun at all. You want to really be able to use all of the great features and functions, but I know others like me may have just ran out of patience and gave it all up. Unfortunately, customer service is inconsistent at friendliness and support so finding your way through it blindly may not be worth what it can offer someone who knows how to use it more effectively.

Erecruit is powerful in itself, and there are many pros to using it to one's benefit including that of being able to watch the process from start to end in hiring any candidate. The functions and capabilities are also a strong advantage, but need to be tweaked so that an individual can enlist more options. However, one of the worst things about Erecruit is that it can be chunky to navigate and almost is too much for someone with a smaller need than most.
