A great tool to ensure that you could respond immediately to your customers’ inquiries through live chatting. I am very happy with the outcome of our team’s total sales after we started using Engage. We were able to close all deals possible since our customer service representatives are all available to respond to their questions.

If there is anything I dislike about the software it would be their price package. I am not sure though if that same goes with others. Others said that their package is actually a lot better that other software but since I am just running a small business this actually come a bit tight for us but nevertheless our sales tremendously increased thus I do not have too much issues.

This is a great tool that I highly recommend to sales team who are looking for a better profit. This will give you better lead generation that you could possibly close to a sale. the tool is very easy to implement thus all our representatives never had any issues or a hard time navigating the entire software.
