There was not one good thing about them. I thought I would save money but it ended up costing me more in the end. They say no hidden fees but there are. They creatively word things for a misguided understanding then screw you when they have your money and won't release it or take out what they want before giving it to you.

They say there are not hidden fees- there are. They charge transaction fees on refunds and if they force you to refund ( its forcing because they will never give you the money) they still charge the fee. They issue a 1099 with the refunded money included as income.

I can't emphasize enough to not use this company. It may look like you'll save money but you won't. You'll actually lose with them and then have so much frustration and aggravation it's not worth it even if you saved 100's. Why would you want to have to fight for your money.
