EMRDoc

EMRDoc, as its’ name refers to, is there to provide a top-notch electronic medical record solution. For doing so, they have an extensive feature-set – from CPOE, customizable ED tracking board, full-scale reporting engine and real-time clinical decision support to drug interaction warnings and much more. If this isn’t worth the investment, then nothing is!

With many of this area’s products, there is one universal issue that applies to EMRDoc as well: the availability of support, lacks in pricing and overall trouble with reaching the backend of the software. For example, one annoying aspect in my perspective is the fact you have to request the hardware requirements list from their sales personnel – why would I even bother?! Also, they prefer to have non-emergent questions/issues forwarded through email though I find it the slowest communication option when it comes to softwares...

If you can overlook the somewhat of a lack in the customer support and paying the extra fee annually is not a concern, then I don't see a reason to dislike the tool - it's in all ways designed to support emergency services management and its' full-scale feature set provides all the capabilities for doing so.
