What was the best part about dealing with eMonsterhost?

eMonsterhost is one of the leading and emerging web hosting companies in the globe. I bought a web hosting plan 2 years before and till today it is working fine. The best thing I can say about this hosting company is that they provide very reliable and fast network. As a customers I am truly happy to be a part of eMonsterhost.

What would you change about your experience with eMonsterhost?

Through my hosting experience I came into different issues. The support SLA is a bit high when compared to other hosting companies. The SLA often exceeds three to four hours. In one case, my site was showing errors for more that 3 hours unnoticed. Finally the issue got resolved after calling the support directly.

Overall Feedback

I will definitely recommend eMonsterhost to small business people since they done have verity of other other options like dedicated and VPS hosting. I do believe that they will consider such things in detail and bring it forth the development of dedicated and VPS hosting. They do provide 24/7 chat support which an added feature of this company.
