Emma is tremendous in a myriad of facets! One big thing about Emma is that it is very well put-together with templates and options to alter and customize them by a drag and drop function that makes it so much simpler than fiddling with HTML code. Anyone could use it and create cutting-edge campaigns without blinking or having issues. Additionally, customer support by the Emma team is exceptional and they are willing and ready to help their clients eagerly to use their product to the best advantage of their success.

There are a few features that are dated and that need to be spiffed up to accommodate the newer demand of them in this day and age. However, from what I gather from Emma support techs- every suggestion from their patrons is taken into significant consideration and then tossed in to the pile of to do's for upcoming versions and updates. I have already noticed a few new features be added with the last version that was released. Emma listens to their clients- and if they do not have it, you can bet they will be adding it soon!

Emma is a terrific software product with much to offer all types of businesses. Their customer service is incredible and supportive as well as they are on top of always improving the software to tailor it better to their clients' needs. Emma is simple to use and implement and the templates are designed well and offered in a huge variety. Additionally, I find the best part of Emma to be the drag and drop function that helps you to customize the templates without fussing with HTML code.
