I can't remember who found who, but when I chatted with Kelly for the first time, he was incredibly helpful in understanding the credit card world. I had never worked with a processor that you had a main contact name and number, let alone have it be the owner. The switch over was completely seamless. Everything that I have had come up over the years has been internal issues and Emerald World has been there to help us through it. Their fees are competitive and they even give you some fees back on returns.

I have nothing to contribute to the worst part of dealing with Emerald World. We are a small to mid-size company and Emerald is amazing at servicing our account. I have not been frustrated once with working with Kelly. He is always there via telephone or email. Emerald World has been a great fit for us.

Kelly is amazing. I highly recommend Emerald World. They are extremely knowledgeable, they help you to understand the credit card world. They learn about your company and your needs and present the best pricing. The customer service is top notch, I have never experienced this with other processors. Totally worth the work to switch processors.
