Email2DB helps parse and extract data from messages to insert it into a database and set up an auto responder. It is dedicated to all kind of businesses (small, medium, and large). There are some reports that Email2DB can't be used or trusted in a large production environment since their customer support isn't right away available.

There are plenty of alternatives to Email2DB like Sales Service Cloud, Kayako Fusion, HEAT Cloud Solutions, Pipeline Pilot, Summit Service and ProBusiness Tools... There are not many issues about Email2DB, it just works smoothly and very fine. I wouldn't suggest this tool to large production environment because of less responsiveness from the Email2DB.

Email2DB is easy to use and start using it. It has features that let you extract and parse from messages and increase workflow. It is quite useful. But I would not suggest it for large companies.
