This was a company I came in found on a popular SEO review site which I reached out to recently to see if they were the best fit for our project. They had a very professional website and offer integrated marketing which we were interested in for our start up based in the retail ecommerce industry. I appreciated their integrated marketing process and methodology. They were not currently accredited in the Better Business Bureau but they were listed with no complaints over the last three years so that was good to see. This level of transparency goes such a long way and a lot of companies in the digital marketing industry don't seem to utilize the significance of this to increase engagement of prospects doing their research. They maintained a current blog and were active on social media networks which I liked to see as an indicator of current knowledge and activity online. They had great case studies available with key performance metrics which I love to see as well, though I didn't see our industry mentioned so I was curious how they would respond to my request for proposal. And I was able to find several positive testimonials off the site as well.

It would be great to see Google Partner certification as a company offering pay per click advertising management services. It's not a deal breaker by any means as I am aware of success stories otherwise but it's a solid way to assure prospects regarding expertise up front. There site was slower to load than most others I noticed but they are not offering web development or conversion rate optimization so perhaps this is not an issue. Or perhaps it was an issue on my end somehow.

This company was clearly professional and passed all of my presales criteria which was quite refreshing honestly. I had an opportunity to survey over one hundred companies for our forthcoming integrated marketing campaign but only a handful did so with this much credibility up front. And only a couple included measures beyond what I've seen here prior to contacting the company. Though I was mostly concerned with obtaining sales conversion based results so reached out to learn more about their service. Unfortunately I do not believe they followed up my request to learn more through their online submission form. However I had mistakenly deleted three voicemails around this time while learning my new smartphone so if this included theirs I apologize, however when double checking my email inbox there was nothing from them. Regardless of the disconnect I believe this company is legitimate and may be the best choice for your business if you are able to connect with them.
