The main aspect that got us into using Elite Salon & Spa was the user-friendliness it provides. It truly isn’t a lie when they say their reputation is built on the ease of using their service! Transforming your PC into a fully-functional sales registry, it tracks accurately who booked each particular client, leaving no room for errors. Thanks to full-scale reporting features, Elite Salon brings along great intelligence and usefulness.

Despite the nice features Elite Salon has, there are some things that I can’t consider to be very minor lacks to the service. The main issue is the tool getting outdated – after 2010, Elite Salon hasn’t seen any new updates or additions to it and I am afraid, if this is a permanent case (which is seems to be), then it will simply get „lost in time“. Moreover, it’s a key-based software and if anything happens to the key, you can be sure it will cost you rather heavily...

I am somewhat hesitant as I can’t be sure if Elite Salon will stay with our company for long because of the lack of any improvement and updates, which in long-run can mean the software just can’t keep up with our pace. However, right now it is the only tool we need as it completely automates appointments while providing deep insights on your clients. Therefore, still a thoroughly useful tool!
