What was the best part about using ElationEMR?

more intuitive than the rest, I have tried them all; problem is that they promise more than they can deliver.

What would you change about your experience with ElationEMR?

Will not stay with them, looking to change. I had to integrate since they do not office an integrated office management system, integration was supposed to be easy, but took over two months and much pain, and subsequently along of pain to get service! they are quick to collect but don't event think about adding another MD! So far they have charged me for two months and still the new associated is not on board. Forget using them for MIPS, we lost last years of MU reporting because of their shortcomings, to say the least. DONT TAKE CHANCES WITH THEM. THEY ARE SMALL TIME AND WILL MAY YOU PAY>

STAY AWAY, they will create tons of head ache. Very kind team, and seemed progressive at first.
