To be honest, there are not really many software’s in this are that provide support 24/7 – however, they do! That together with training ensure you are never left in trouble (they actually even guarantee you a training under 1h!). It is not very expensive either – with their monthly $299 you get e-faxing, data migration, patient portal and lab interfaces. These are the main reasons why this tool is so praised – it’s well worth the money!

If there’s really anything at all they could improve (and on my perspective there isn’t) it would be implementing a free trial period. They have a free demo but let’s be honest, when has ever demo been better than a trial? That, together with recognition options would definitely take it even further.

It's not a lie when they say they know exactly what's missing from the market - they know it and they fill that gap with this program! With this solution you don't have to worry about complex features or insufficient support. They have it all, not to even mention it comes with a reasonable price!
