The major drawback of the Elastic solution is that it is not customizable and it can’t be customized according to the user’s needs to get the desired results. The processing of the software is very slow and takes a lot of time of the user than expected. The cost of the software is very highly priced as compared to other competitive software that provide similar services. The company also does not provide the free trial version of the Elastic software due to which the user is unable to test the software’s capabilities before buying it.
