Ekklesia 360

The review incorrectly reports that e360 does not have a Member Database. This is NOT correct; data management is systemwide and may be imported into and exported from the Member Database (as well as other database areas); complete contact information can be entered; profiles and permissions may be customized at the group or individual level for front-end and/or back-end site access. Given the available church-management software, the features offered by Ekklesia 360 as well as the pre-sales support far outweighed the competition. The selection of predesigned themes was generous, and easily customizable to fit our needs.

It would be easier if their support e-books were offered all-together in one place. I wanted to go back to one or two, and had a hard time locating them again.

Overall, there needs to be a greater transparency in software descriptions and labeling of features within the fields of church-management software and church website-design software so that customers might be better able to compare and contrast products. At times, it turns out that one is comparing website-design software against donation and attendance software because the products are mixed together. It is truly nice when software such as Ekklesia offers a variety of modules and add-ons, and accommodates developer scripting so that a church's needs can be met.
