There has been a rather steep learning curve for me and my team to get used to eGrabber. I had to phone their customer support a few times but I was well-received on each occasion. It does take some getting used to but it's all worth it in the end. It would also be nice if eGrabber had a mobile version since I spend most of my days on the go.
