I didn’t like the fact that the software offers only a one- way communication, does not clearly provide evidence of product sales in any way. I cannot recommend this software to any user who has plans to sell a large number of their products online. A new user will need to have some tech knowledge to enable them utilize the product extensively, otherwise, find a tech support personnel to help out.

It is deployed only through Windows installation and with a one off payment per user; it offers support through online customer service personnel. I had the time to browse through and try out some of its amazing features checklist like appraisal management, supplier management, customer purchase history, repair tracking and pricing management, all in one package.
