That depends on what level of Support Services you have with us, as well as the severity of the issue.
For most issues, we ask that you submit a ticket through our online portal. Phone calls are used in reserve for high priority issues (such as a site being down, not bugs) to which we would start working on the problem right away.
If I have any issues with EASYProcess, how quickly can I get someone on the phone to assist us?
