Our team has found easyjob 3.0 to be greatly beneficial thanks to its’ intuitive organization and management tools. Offering different color scheme for different projects you can have a more comprehensive overview on first sight. Managing proposals, invoicing and inventory – all on one platform, it is no doubt how much easyjob can simplify the daily tasks. By the way, a feature you will learn to love is the profitability calculations that give you great insights.

There are just some tiny tweaks that for me could see some improvement. For example, it is not possible to automatically attach the customer reports to the customer so you need some hassle with it. Furthermore, it is not possible to copy and paste positions from one to the other, though this is not a big issue.

I can really see easyjob being great help for any rental business as it goes far beyond inventory management. Thanks to managing with customer database and having insightful reporting and calculation, the length this system goes is beyond what you can dream off. This is definitely a must-have tool for any rental business, no matter the size.
