Easy Trace

Easy Trace’s greatest asset is its’ sharing capabilities, allowing you to share and manage reports easily with your bookkeeper who can at the same time easily monitor the staff’s expenses. Having the option to generate expense reports as a summary or even as very detailed, while doing it with just few clicks, is amazing, allowing us to save a load of time.

As on most parts the tool works like a well-oiled machine, the only downside I could pinpoint is the need to contact the Easy Trace team if you want to have customized report. Though it is nothing much, it can be somewhat annoying at some point if you have such need.

I find Easy Trace to be one of the best functioning reporting systems as it allows us to communicate and share data with the bookkeeper, without much hassle to it as she can keep an eye on everything at any times. Workflow is easy and hasn’t yet let us down, making it for an excellent expense manager.
