This is a business intelligence software I had considered recently for a couple forthcoming projects. It allows you to gain an overview of your operations through a number of valuable integrations. I like that they have their integrations well categorized and are simple one click connections to each. The data allows you to uncover key performance metrics which helps you discover opportunities to increase sales, streamline processes and develop strategies based on new insight. It's cloud based so you have complete access on any device including mobile. You can integrate and export data to Slack and Moxtra so it's very collaborative. The user interface and dashboard are very user friendly and intuitive to use, there is no need to have any special IT help to get the most out of the system. You can embed your reports and dashboards externally. The ability to customize reports is perhaps the strongest feature in my opinion.

It seems like there are more clicks required than necessary as all or most of the menus are sub-menus, so you have to hover over each to drill down to get the full list. And it's necessary in most cases but I observed an opportunity to perhaps have the latest report you had worked on appear automatically in at least one instance.

I like this business intelligence software as a service for a lot of reasons. It's relatively user friendly and the native data integrations are solid. Though I have tried out quite a few others in my research and while it might seem amazing if it's the only one you've had the opportunity to try out, it didn't blow my mind like a few others have along these lines. Some of those include thousands of integrations and the ability to mash up multiple sources just as easily. Considering the value you receive at this price there is a lot of useful data which can help your business certainly. The pricing is on the lower end of business intelligence tools in the market. And if you utilize these particular data sources it's a great option to have.
