What was the best part about using Ease-E-Club?

I can say for certain that this software was very easy to set up, very easy to use, and has cut down the amount of time it takes to train new personnel and fitness trainers.

What would you change about your experience with Ease-E-Club?

Since it is local software, we do have a bit of an increase in cost in terms of making backups, but if that's the worst part of using it then I am all for it. We have an on-site IT guy that is able to keep on top of that.

Overall Feedback

Ease-E-Club has been a life saver and a time saver for our small town gym. While we are not in a large city, we have a dedicated community coming in on a daily basis and the process for bringing people into the gym has always been an absolute nightmare. Since implementing Ease-E-Club, we have been able to drastically cut down on the time it takes to register a new member or allow a member into the gym and the software is easy enough to use that it cuts down the training time drastically. We are quite happy with the amount of information we are able to get about our memberships since it allows us to make decisions on what to add to the gym or what kinds of programs we are able to run and gain interest in. It has also been great to be able to allocate our time towards marketing endeavors to try to bring in more members. Our membership has increased by around 22% since we first implemented the software since it saves us time in managing daily tasks.
