What was the best part about using Ease-E-Club?

Easy to learn, strong support. Our staff found the application to be intuitive and provided all of the features we need for day to day operations. Many features only found in much more expensive applications. Scheduling Lite module provided many advanced and useful features. Ability to interface with Banking and credit card companies. Great value for the price paid… very competitive.

What would you change about your experience with Ease-E-Club?

Not an on-line application; which means that all interaction must be done on the local computer or desktop system. This also means that the system will continue to work even with no internet access. Support was on Atlantic Time, so most calls had to be made before 5:00PM Atlantic. Moving the software from an old computer to a new one required re-activation; which usually meant contacting company support to obtain activations codes and instructions.

Overall Feedback

We reviewed over 10 different applications and found this one to have the most features and be much easier to learn than any others. Support people were very friendly and knowledgeable and responded to requests very quickly. Staff were able to learn the system very quickly and referenced to integrated help files for any answers to procedural questions. The Point of Sale module was the best we encountered.
