One this that I love is that is gives you the opportunity to practice pronunciation as well. Most apps just offer a grammar or theory basis with many completion exercises but with this one you can also improve your pronunciation. It also has some levels completely dedicated to new vocabulary, which is great because you get to learn new words directly from the app and not from further readings.

Duolingo is a very easy to use app if you want to learn a language. One of the best things it has to offer is that you can have multiple selection of languages and try to learn more than one at a time. French, English, Italian and German are some of the options available in Duolingo. You have a series of “hearts” that represent your chances of getting wrong answers, once you lose all your hearts you fail the level. On the other hand, once you finish one language you are going to notice that the structure is the same for the other languages so it could be a little repetitive in that case.

It is very easy to use and it is also very intuitive, it does not take a rocket scientist to understand the directions and get the job done one you start with the app. It offers different levels and it progressively get more and more difficult and teaches you more and more vocabulary. At the beginning you just have to match images and words, then phrases, then more complex sentences.
