Dropbox

I love it that I can download Dropbox on many devices and I am able to add and delete things anywhere and anytime I want. I can easily find my files no matter where I am. If I am on someone else's computer, I simply log in to the website and can get my stuff there. If my laptop crashes, I'm still sure my files are safe.

More guidance in the beginning would be helpful, but once you get used to it, it's really easy. I've heard that that there was a situation several years ago when Dropbox went down, so it may be a good idea to save critical data on one's own server with use of own Cloud for instance, but I've never experienced any problem. I use it for both work and my personal use and I always feel safe using Dropbox, I have no fear that my documents will suddenly disappear.

Dropbox is definitely my favorite tool. It's a perfect way to share files between my computers and mobile devices, or when I need to make changes on the go, share large files quickly over a group of people and allow various people simultaneously read access to the files. If you've made any change to a file, all of its users will see it at once. Besides, the benefit of being able to regulate what others are able to do with the files (view/download/edit/etc) is really wonderful when sharing things with others. I am also impressed with Dropbox's ability to edit documents in offline programs, and have changes automatically save to Dropbox without having to re - upload documents
