Dropbox

The best part about using Dropbox is the fact that you are able now to share files avoiding several problems that used to have before: the storage capacity of the email versus how big your file was, the fact that sometimes you send the email without the attachment, and, last but not least, the fact that if the file needed any kind of modification, you needed to do it in your computer to be sent again. Dropbox allows you make modifications in your folder while the person you have sent it can see them immediately, and Dropbox informs you when a modification has been done. it is like a personal assistant in your own computer.

I would not tell that is the worst but, I feel it could be improved: I think that this tool would be even better if it allowed you make any kind of changes even if the person who received the file, has it open. Some times I have several files open in my computer, and I am not around, and another person who has sent me a file needs to make changes, that person needs to request me to close the file to be able to make changes, that is the worst for me.

I just discovered Dropbox last year and it has resulted an amazing tool to share files. Now I have no doubts about the nature of the file like if it could have a virus or if it is too heavy to be downloaded, because Dropbox is saving me all these worries. It has become into a great tool for my job allowing me to receive files and make changes in real time. Like if someone else were working on my computer too to make things easier for me.
