I love the fact that this website manages paperless documents. It is remarkable that they have the technique to scan documents with the help of mobile devices. Customer care is great too. They were able to track down my sales and the number of contracts I had. You are able to issue files to brokers and receive their approval.

There are however some things that often irritate me while visiting this website. It is slow and the execution of the features is sometimes poor. The mobile has limited features as compared to accessing the website on the desktop. Mobile signing is not effective, it is time consuming and sometimes fails. The site design is also not user friendly. The managers should improve on these.

Dotloop is a hundred times simple to use, if what they give out can satisfy your business needs, you can rely on it. I liked using it much more at my company in my earlier brokerage. I was able to communicate effectively to a broker and had the ability to retrieve my documents at my fingertips.
