I was interested in finding the best digital signature signing service for our start up recently and tested this software among them. The pricing caught my eye with a one dollar plan which is great for solo entrepreneurs and start ups. The user interface is very intuitive and easy to start using right away though it's not the most modern in terms of design but that's of no functional consequence. I was able to upload and send a document successfully within a couple minutes of logging into my account. It uses drag and drop technology which makes it as simple as possible to add options and fields to your documents. The security is robust so you're not worried about privacy or theft concerns in regards to sensitive documents. And documents signed using it are legally binding wherever this is allowed. I like that you can integrate with Wufoo forms which is the feature which perhaps differentiates it most from their competition in my opinion. It also integrates with SalesForce.

There could definitely be more integrations such as Google products, cloud storage solutions, more customer relationship management softwares and other third party software services which would increase the flexibility and overall value. While they have a free plan which I signed up for to test, it doesn't define the terms of this anywhere that I can see clearly. Perhaps I would find out when my limitations have been reached, but I'd rather know up front and in this case use another electronic signature SAAS with a true free forever plan until we are ready to scale up. They seem to be United States centric based on the sales copy on their website which is understandable, but this could definitely be more internationally friendly.

Any of the negative issue mentioned above actually are very minor compared to the value this software offers any business. If you can get your clients on board it's worth it for the savings on paper, ink, and toner as well as hardware maintenance costs alone. Though beyond that you are basically eliminating the paper chase and the need for wet signatures completely. No more need to put hours into gaining someone's approval, creating the written contract, signing it, scanning it, emailing it, printing it in duplicate and faxing a completed copy. This process only takes about ten minutes from start to finish with an electronic signature service such as this. It is a great choice regardless of whichever you decided to go with and this one is among the best I've had the privilege of trying out hands on.
