DocuXplorer is an industry-leading provider of document management software to clients of all sizes and industries. The software is very easy to use and intuitive, but with a tremendous amount of robust functionality behind the scenes. We offer multiple language interfaces, Zone OCR functionality and built-in automated workflow in all versions. Our security functionality is the best out there and we are compliant with all US regulations pertaining to electronic document security.

What was the best part about using DocuXplorer?

I don't think there is a "best" part really. It does its job and it does its job well. We manage our client records in DocuXplorer for some time now and we are very happy with the product. It's helped us improve employee productivity because we can now locate an invoice in seconds, as opposed to having to search through filing cabinets in the office. It's also helped reduce our reliance on paper documents, freeing things up in the office. We are a satisfied customer.

What would you change about your experience with DocuXplorer?

Again, I don't think there is a "worst" part either. Like any piece of software, there are always going to be periodic glitches but on the rare occasion I have had to contact them, they were always quick to help find a resolution. Most issues related to our using DocuXplorer were related to the scanner we have and not DocuX.

Overall Feedback

I'm happy to provide a positive review of DocuXplorer and would really recommend it to other companies looking to better organize their office. The cost of DocuX paid for itself in terms of the increase in employee productivity we have seen. In fact, we make training new employees on how to use DocuX as part of their initial training program.
